We maintain a written and comprehensive environmental, health and safety program for the company as well as on a site-specific basis including 64 written Safety Programs.  These measures as well as consistent culture of safety have contributed to maintaining a Worker's Compensation Experience Modification Rate is .87 - one of the best in the industry.  

 

Toolbox Safety Meetings are held on-site each morning by the crew.  The Jobsite Safety Analysis (JSA) is completed by the supervisor during this meeting to identify any job site hazards and communicate these hazards to the crew.
